The Alumni Association of the Institute of Paper Science and Technology serves alumni and the Institute by engaging former students in active and effective partnerships with the Institute community. Governed by alumni, for alumni, the Association promotes mutually beneficial interaction between the alumni and the current student body and offers the opportunity to build Institute friendships that will last a lifetime. Become involved. The experience will be rewarding.

Become a Student Recruitment Volunteer - The Institute is a great place to come to school and the paper industry is a wonderful career path. We need your help to get the word out to potential students. If you would be willing to call a few potential students or visit with students in your area please contact Jeff Empie at Jeff.Empie@ipst.gatech.edu. It is very rewarding and it takes very little time.

Become a Host for Alumni Events - With all of the exciting events that are happening at the Institute, we need help pulling it all together. If you would like to help plan the next Class Reunion or Alumni Reception, please contact Bob Patterson at Bob.Patterson@ipst.gatech.edu.

Hire an IPST Intern! - The internship program at the Institute is extremely successful in terms of the value received by the company, and the hands-on experience received by the student.
