development staff, process engineers, and technical
support staff from IPST member companies will be
able to utilize three new Web-based problem-solving

paper manufacturing processes and issues with individual
IPST staff having the specialized skills and expertise.
Resumes, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses
provide direct access to IPST staff.
A
second tool provides customers with a simple method
to use IPST research facilities and expertise by
establishing a proprietary development or optimization
project in one of the following processing areas:
A new "Proprietary Testing" resource
provides process engineers and manufacturing sites
with access to comprehensive testing services to address
processing and product performance issues. Primary
areas of analysis include:
The above problem-solving features
represent only a few of the tools that IPST is beginning
to implement to serve and respond to the changing needs
