Seven cross-linked initiatives designed to yield both short and long-term benefit and to appeal to a broad cross-section of the membership are offered. The projects are divided into two categories: (a) handling of contaminants and deposits such as stickies, pitch and white pitch, and (b) improved bonding and other properties of recycle fiber. Additional projects could be undertaken if resources are available.
